LD type electric single-girder crane (hereinafter referred to as single-girder crane) is designed and manufactured according to the standard JB/T1306-94. It is used together with electric hoists in the form of CDI and MDI to become a light and small single-girder crane running on rails. The applicable lifting capacity is 1-10t, and the applicable span is 7.5-22.5 meters. The working environment temperature is in the range of -25-+40°C.

 

For the convenience of users, there are two types of operation: ground and control room, and the control room has two forms of end face and side door for users to choose.

 

This product is a general-purpose crane, which is mostly used in machinery manufacturing, assembly, warehouse and other places. Its main structural features are as follows:

 

1. Metal structure part
 

The main girder of the single-girder crane is made of U-shaped channel steel rolled by steel plate, and then welded with I-beam to form a box-shaped solid web beam. The end beam is also rolled into U-shaped channel steel with steel plate, and then assembled and welded into a box-shaped straight party-style beam. For the convenience of storage and transportation, the main end beams are connected with high-strength bolts to form a whole.

 

2. Electric hoist
 

The electric hoist can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam. For details of its structural characteristics, please refer to the relevant electric hoist manual.

 

3. Operating agency
 

The single-girder crane adopts separate driving forms, and the driving brake is completed by a conical brake motor. The transmission is driven by a "one open and one closed" gear, and the closed gear part uses a 5t conical hoist to run the trolley part. reducer.

 

 

4. Electrical equipment
 

The running motors used in single-girder cranes include single-speed conical squirrel cage motors (for running speeds of 20, 30 and 45 m/min) and conical winding motors (for running speeds of (1-5) t, 75 m/min Or 10t, 45m/min) The two forms are equipped with two types of electrical control depending on the operating form. The electric hoist and the entire crane are equipped with safety devices, such as limit switches for direct lift and end limit switches.
